Our presentations in Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg and Zurich drew large audiences, and the ads placed in Swiss newspapers have also captured investor attention.
It is with great pleasure that we are now able to accept subscriptions for Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV - Swiss, from 28 February to 10 March 2011.
This is the investment solution the market has been waiting for, providing diversified exposure to residential and commercial real estate in Switzerland's most dynamic regions. The fund has a twofold strategy, with the bulk of assets designed to generate a steady rental yield and the remaining properties acquired selectively with a view to creating value.
Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV – Swiss has been incorporated as an investment fund with variable capital (SICAV), a first in Switzerland. This innovative structure provides investors with optimal security.
The fund is scheduled to be listed on the Swiss stock exchange from its launch date.
Swiss real estate, an investment combining security and a long-term view.
